    Our stylists are highly experienced and can help you pull off any style you wish. Every appointment begins with a consultation, where you and your stylist will discuss the best options for your hair.

  • Can you color my hair if it’s already been colored?

    Yes, but we recommend waiting at least two weeks after your last color to apply new color. We will assess your hair during your consultation to determine its health and readiness for new coloring.

  • How often should I get a haircut or trim?

    The ideal frequency of haircuts and trims depends on your hair type, length, and style. We will evaluate your hair during your consultation to determine the right timeframe for you.

  • What hair products do you use?

    We use Aveda® and other naturally derived, environmentally friendly products. The use of pure organic and plant-based products reveals your true beauty and benefits your health.

  • How do you fix split ends?

    We recommend our specialized Brazilian Blowout Split End treatments to repair split ends and prevent future damage.

  • How do you treat hair loss?

    We recommend specialized hair and scalp treatments to effectively promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.

  • How can I increase the volume of my hair?

    We offer a variety of hair treatments and extensions that can help you achieve fuller volume in your hair.

  • How long do hair extensions last?

    Some hair extensions can last 6-12 months with proper care. Others are reusable and easy to remove and reapply whenever you wish.

  • What hair color will look best on me?

    You will look great in whatever color you feel confident in! Your stylist will be happy to discuss your options and which colors might best complement your hair style and skin tone.

  • What are the benefits of hair treatments?

    Our specialized hair treatments can treat a variety of issues, including dandruff, flaking, odors, sebum, sensitive skin, and hair loss.

  • What are the benefits of facials?

    We offer specialized facials to treat a range of issues, including wrinkles, age lines, congested or dry skin, scars, and acne. All our facials will leave you feeling soothed and refreshed.

  • How long does a facial last?

    Our facials can last anywhere from 45-90 minutes, depending on the treatments you select.

  • What makeup products should I use for my skin type?

    We recommend hydrating formulas for dry skin, oil-free products for oily skin, and fragrance-free options for sensitive skin. We’ll be happy to discuss the best products for your skin.

  • What is the difference between brow tinting and lamination?

    Brow tinting focuses on darkening and enhancing the color of your brows, whereas lamination reshapes and restructures your brows for a cleaner look.

  • What are the differences between eyelash extensions, lift, and tint?

    Lash extensions add significant length and volume. Lash lifts curl your natural lashes for a longer, fuller look. Eyelash tint darkens your lashes to make them appear more defined.

  • What is the difference between a gel manicure and a regular manicure?

    Gel polish offers greater durability and a higher gloss than regular polish and can last up to two weeks. Regular polish is ideal for a more temporary solution and natural shine.

  • What are the benefits of massage therapy?

    Our massages target a range of issues, including tense and stressed muscles, pain, stiffness, and circulation. We also offer a pre-natal massage focused on areas of concern associated with pregnancy.

  • How long do massages typically last?

    We offer 60 and 90 minute massages to best suit your needs and budget.

  • What are the benefits of body wraps and scrubs?

    Our body scrubs gently exfoliate the skin for a smoother surface, and our soothing body wraps draw out impurities for a completely refreshing experience. These treatments also hydrate and firm the skin, provide beneficial nutrients, and leave you feeling totally relaxed.

  • Is there an age limit for spa services?

    Our specialized hair treatments can treat a variety of issues, including dandruff, flaking, odors, sebum, sensitive skin, and hair loss.


General FAQs


  • Why do prices vary for some services?

    Our team members work on a level system, meaning that prices are tiered to reflect their education, experience, and expertise.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For appointments lasting less than two hours, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. For appointments lasting 2 hours or more, we require 48 hours’ notice. Multiple late cancellations may result in a no-show on your client record. Visit our policies page to learn more about cancellations and late arrivals.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, and personal checks for payments and deposits.

  • Do you require deposits for appointments?

    Some high-demand services, such as hair and eyelash extensions, require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Consecutive no-shows will also result in a required deposit for all services. Learn more at our policies page.

Complementary access to our fine spa facilities is guaranteed with the reservation of a facial, body treatment, or massage. We grant 2 hour access to the spa for $45 with or without services. Reservations and walk-ins are also possible for any guest, depending on availability. Come relax in our private wellness sanctuary!

The GiGi’s Spa Experience includes a co-ed whirlpool, women’s and men’s steam saunas, and a spacious relaxation lounge. Luxurious robes, slippers, and grooming products are available for all guests, and our lounge offers an assortment of complimentary beverages and snacks.

Spa Amenities

2 Hours | $45 additional for services outside the spa

Those wishing to visit our spa facilities only may contact our front desk and make a reservation for their preferred time and date. You may also walk in without a reservation, but availability may be limited during weekends, holidays, and other busy seasons. If this is the case, you may register on a waiting list for your convenience. We can’t wait to see you!
